1. GENERAL CONDITION OF WARRANTY

The warranty tendered hereunder, on the product(s) sold under this invoice has been provided exclusively by their respective Distributor(s) / Agent(s) and is limited to the jurisdiction of UAE. The warranty period is limited to what (is) mentioned in the invoice and is considered valid from the date of this invoice.However, it may be more as per the ‘Warranty Condition’ as enclosed with the product(s) of the original manufacturer. In the event of repairs or replacement of any part, during the said warranty period, the Warranty shall thereafter continue only for the unexpired period of the original warranty. Product(s) will be accepted for repair, maintenance or in some cases replacement only if is supported Original Invoice and Warranty Card/Sticker (if required) at the Authorized Service Centre of the manufacturer.

2. THE WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCT WILL BE RENDERED NULL AND VOID IF

a. The product is physically damaged.

b. The product is modified, repaired, maintained, disassembled, Liquid Contamination and/or by a party not authorized by the manufacturer.

c. The product is operated and/or maintained in ways other than recommended by manufacturer in the user manual in writing.

d. The model number or serial number sticker of the product is removed, mutilated or tampered with.

e. Any malfunction resulting from inadequate safekeeping, storage at high temperatures or humidity or leakage of batteries.

f. Any damage arising out of unauthorized modification or alteration, repair or use of any accessories other than those supplied the manufacturer.

3. WARRANTY LIMITATION

a. The warranty of the product is limited to only manufacturing defects.

b. The warranty of the product does not cover any consumable items and ordinary wear and tear.

c. The warranty does not cover the replacement of the product unless it can be repaired to function as normal.

d. Warranty does not cover damages caused due to acts of God & force majeure.

4. SERVICE POLICY

a. Items submitted for repair may take a maximum of five (5) to ten (10) working days, subject to availability of spare parts from the manufacturer.

b. Any warranty claim must be accompanied by the original invoice.

c. Tarsam will not be responsible for any repaired items that are not collected within forty five (45) days.

All legal matter related to Warranty will be subject to UAE jurisdiction, only.
